This is your best opportunity to sharpen your coding skills in Python. You will also get a an opportunity to improve your programming and problem solving skills through open discussions and quiz contests.

What can I expect in this Python Code Jam ?

1. Extensive coding sessions using Python
2. Opportunity to solve more than 30 different challenging problems using

   2. Object Oriented Programming
   3. Test Case Automation Framework
   4. List Comprehension
   5. XML and JSON parsers
   6. Restful API [ web API ] programming
   7. Database access from Python
   8. Multi threading [ optional ]
   9. Networking [ optional ]
   10. UI programming [ optional ] and more ..
3. The main focus of Python Coding Festival is to create solutions to problems.
4. Participants are expected to be conversant with the basics of at least C/C++/Java/Python programming languages.
5. This is not a course for learning Python, but this is a Festival of discussing various types of solutions using Python.

We encourage you to attend all the 3 days, though you are given the choice to participate only on select days as well.

Entry Fees

₹ 5,000/- for all 3 days
₹ 4,000/- for any 2 days
₹ 3,000/- for any 1 day

This Python Coding Festival is limited to 8 participants only. Please book you slot before they are filled by others.

What happens on these days ?

1. The day starts at 9am and goes on till you are exhausted by coding.
2. All major topics required for solving problems will be briefed
3. You will be briefed on various Python modules that can be used to solve these problems.
4. The day is filled with lots of Python quizzes and presentations from participants.
5. You will be encouraged to discuss design approaches and solutions.
6. Focus will be on cleaner and efficient Python code.
7. Food and refreshments are included in the fees for all your days of participation
8. The target for each day, is to complete solving at least 10 real world problems.

How do I win the prize ?

1. For every question, you will be given a time limit to submit your best solution.
   1. You can have multiple submissions without any penalty before the time limit
   2. Every submission after the time limit, will result in a penalty
2. Your submissions will be evaluated and ranked based on its execution time
   1. The shortest execution time among all participants, gets the highest points
3. You win the prize, if you have scored the maximum points !!!
